Description
Everyone who has successfully completed a PGS15 course at a training institute or trainer (Obtained no more than 3 months ago) can take an exam via the IFCL 5051 standard. This allows the kandidate to obtain a PGS15 certificate, which includes an English translation on the certificate, confirming your knowledge of the storage of hazardous substances in packaged goods. To obtain the certificate, you must submit your training certificate to contact@chemical-logistics.org, then purchase the PGS15 certification exam and take the exam. Note: Taking the exam without having completed the training at a training institute is pointless; only those who have completed the training can participate in the exam. Note: If you have not completed the training but still register for the exam, a 25 euro administration fee will be charged.
Additional Information:
- Certificate Validity: The PGS15 certificate is typically valid for several years (often 3 years, depending on regulations and the training provider). After this period, a refresher course and a new exam may be required to renew the certification.
-
Exam Procedure: The exam usually consists of 20 theoretical questions (multiple-choice).
-
Preparation: In addition to the course, it is recommended to consult supplementary study materials, such as the PGS15 guidelines, which are available through the official PGS website or the training institute.
- Importance of PGS15: The PGS15 certificate is essential for professionals working with the storage of hazardous substances in the Netherlands, such as in warehouses, distribution centers, or chemical companies. It demonstrates compliance with the safety and environmental standards applicable in the Netherlands for these activities.
